Tessa Cason, Director (Session With Tessa)
Tessa Cason is a Life Coach, EFT Practitioner, and an Intuitive Counselor. She has been a Life Coach for more than 15 years and an EFT Practitioner for 13 of those years. She is the author of the Mis-belief Statements for EFT Practitioners and EFT Workbooks for Everyone series which includes 43 books/workbooks in each series. Tessa's background includes a BS and MA from SDSU. She taught at SDSU and Grossmont Jr. College in San Diego. For three years, Tessa counseled patients in a medical setting in which she was able to correlated the disease with dysfunctional emotions.
"I started teaching swimming when I was 12 years old. The teacher is definitely one of my primary archetypes. I enjoy teaching and helping others learn new skills. The Center will be about offering others the opportunity to learn and practice what may be new tools and skills for them."
Lynn Martens, Instructor for EFT for Children 5 and up Class
Lynn is a certified childcare provider and enrichment activities specialist. After serving 25 years as a music teacher in public and parochial schools, she expanded her interest in Child Development to include Daycares, Montessori, Extended-day school programs, and is currently a Nanny. Tessa introduced her to EFT tapping 10 years ago experiencing the benefits that can be extended to children and providing them with a lifetime tool for well-being.
